Policies

By booking your appointment you agree to the following policies.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment (especially your first visit) to make sure all paperwork is filled out and you have time for a quick restroom stop prior to your service.

Please remember, your therapist may be coming in just for you. If you are late or a no show you will be charged for all treatments booked even if not preformed. In the case of a no show you will be invoiced for the full amount of the services booked. No new appointments may be booked until balance due has been paid.

We understand things happen, but we may not unable to extend the length time already set aside for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your service if your therapist/treatment room is booked after you. You will be charged full price for all services booked even if we are not able to preform all services due to a late arrival.

If you must cancel your appointment, please give us at least a 20-hour notice. If not you will be charged full price for all services booked.

We will only be able to add a service to your visit if it can be completed before our next appointment.
It is very important to us to stay on schedule so that we may start your service on time.

We want you to be happy with the products we recommend to you. If for some reason the product is not a good fit for you, we want to make it right and get you the product you need.

Prices are subject to change. Once service is booked, pricing is locked even if there is a price change.
